Dougenzaka School of Architecture

2012

ID: 00000032

The decorative design of the 1930s facade stands out from the concrete jungle. The three-stories buildings were used as retail stores (the ground floor) and residence (the second & third floor) in the 1980s. This renovation project is aiming to expand the building’s potential with its historical elements, and provide a place as a school of architecture, to reconsider the past architecture in Tokyo.
