This self-built atelier for ceramicist was the first work of our studio. The design that timber frames were connected in the manner of alternate left and right inclination enabled the realization of large and bright space with minimum material, engineering, construction method, detail, weight etc. Such architectural expression was the integration of spatial and constructional rationality.
