《6th Competition for rental housing》　A small town built by a park

Toshima Ward features a large number of pocket parks. These pocket parks have maintenance management problems. Therefore, the site selected is next to a pocket park. The project suggests to combine park and rental housing by exchanging land. With the park as the design axis, other facilities such as rental housing, kindergarten and nursing care for elder people complement each other. By creating a new awareness of park and rental housing, we build a small town.
