This proposal aims to allow an open "big" lifestyle in rental housing, with an emphasis on the city dynamics in Ikebukuro.This novel rental "big life" is achieved by combining the personal bedrooms named rental "smool rooms" and common living facilities. This "big life" does not just belong to the residents, but also functions as a small infrastructure in the neighborhood through its connections to various living functions around. Through further accelerating the mobile society, it envisions a stage for dynamic "big life" in future rental housing.
