We focused on increasing patients of metabolic syndrome in Ishinomaki, Miyagi-pref as an urgent social issue. Ishinomakian walks far less than average because of deeply motorized life. Our proposition is simply prompting Ishinomakians to WALK in their daily life by spreading each of life scenes and functions into town scale. And this new life style proposition leads new rental housing forms and business schemes.
