There were a lot of ‘new towns’, new housing development, full of energy in Japan some decades ago. But most of them are steadily declining with aging, not connecting the inter- generational. So we will suggest: RENTAL HOUSING to make these old ‘new towns’ vibrant with life as ‘priming’.
