《6th Competition for rental housing》　Renting the City: Proposal for a Rental Housing Area Based on a Lessor Association System

This project, through the establishment of a “Lessor Association System,” enables individual
lessors to maintain not only their individual properties, but to also work together to improve the surrounding neighborhood. By treating the entire city block as a single unit for design, we were able to improve upon it with a more attractive architecture and cityscape.
