There were a lot of ‘new towns’, new housing development, full of energy in Japan some
decades ago. But most of them are steadily declining with aging, not connecting the inter-
generational. So we will suggest: RENTAL HOUSING to make these old ‘new towns’ vibrant
with life as ‘priming’. We are certain that our RENTAL GUEST HOUSES with beautiful nature
will be new models for all kinds of families.
