Proposal of rental housing to prevent the isolation of the temporary residents at the time of
disaster. We will create a place for victims to gather by forming a network of existing rental
housings in the vicinity and sharing the common part of the proposed rental housing. It
functions as a communal part of town on a daily basis, and makes it a place where
neighboring residents can also use it. And, by using the usage fee as the operation and
management expense, it becomes a rental housing where residents can be involved in
activities and the whole town is activated.
