We Create a new rental system by the multiplication to make landlord × college students ×
regional residents together in Zoshigaya. Based on the rental commissioned system, it will
connect these people by using the residents-centered "Editorial department of the town".
Centering on the landlord, to create a value of + α by letting university students and their
professionals to live together.
Insert small home in a big one. In the remaining spaces, the residents could use them as
editors to spatialize their daily life scenes. Residents by using their professional or career to
manage a variety of public areas by editing the remaining spaces, and enjoy it in their daily
lives.
